I've eaten at Via Brasil well over 2 dozen times and very single time the service is excellent, the food is outstanding and the price is better than other Brazilian or American steakhouses.
Their specialty is the picanha (or House Sirloin). Its tender slices will melt-in-your-mouth. Another personal favorite is the tangy chicken.
I've never seen a salad bar that has fresh lobster bisque or watermelon topped with diced jicama. The little bites of Brazilian bread are delectable dipped in the bisque!
Try the caipirinha--a Brazilian cocktail--but sip it slowly as it's nearly straight alcohol. The light refreshing taste can fool you!
Sunday Brunch features a good selection of their most popular meats, along with a "made-to-order" omelette and waffle bar and the gourmet salad bar. The mimosas delightfully round out the brunch.
For tourists, Via Brasil is worth the cab trip off of the Strip to see what else Vegas has to offer. For locals, it's a slice of heaven!
