DISREGARD ANY REVIEW WRITTEN ABOUT TIRE WORKS TOTAL CAR CARE STORE 9 WRITTEN PRIOR TO SEPTEMBER 1, 2015!
Why you ask? The place is under new management. Sure there are going to be some minor hiccups but Charles and John at the front desk are the best. Here is why I make that statement.
As I was heading to a gas station this morning I noticed that my temp gauge was pegged all the way to the right. Steam coming out from under hold...and I was setting out on a 10 hour drive north through hot desert country. Luckily the gas station had a fast lube facility. They did what they could do and suggested I drive around for a bit. As I drove to an auto parts store to get a gallon of coolant, the temp gauge was heading to the right again. The auto parts store sent me to another local auto repair faculty but they could promise me that the car would be fixed by the time they closed at 5.
So I called the manager at the first gas station, told him what was happening, and he suggested the Tire World store on Silverado Ranch. I got there around 4 and was glad to see they were open until 7.
I was greeted by John and he patiently listened to my dilemma. He came out, looked at the car, and verified my suspicion, the thermostat needed to be replaced.
John promptly gave me a quote and I told him to get the car to his technicians. Due to unforeseen complications, the job couldn't be completed by the time they closed. I had no problem with that. I wanted the technicians to do the job with care and precision so when I do pick up the car in the morning, I won't find myself stranded in the middle of tumble weed county in central Utah.
To top it off, John was kind enough to drive me in his personal car to a local motel.
This review won't be finished until I get my car in the morning. But as of this point I'm telling my friends in Las Vegas to go to Tire World Store #9 on Silverado Parkway!
