| - Oh, where to start...
Likes: (because even one star has a positive) very comfy bed, jacuzzi tub had very hot water, coffee maker, front desk had nice attitudes, bagels ,cream cheese, and fruit free everyday for breakfast.
Dislikes: trash from last guests still in room, fridge didn't cool very well causing some loss of food, paper thin walls (we could hear the ladies next door softly talk to each as they new we could hear them. Also don't plan to be intimate cause they, and their children, can hear that too!), dirty, soiled laundry is stored in the hall leading to the pool, management could care less about the lack of house keeping, house keeping sucks!
Incident that makes me NEVER want to stay here again. Day 4 of our stay, while looking for my dropped sock, I lifted the bedskirt to find a BLOODY, STIFF, JIZZ COVERED TOWEL!!!! I ran to avoid vomiting on the floor!!! I took it to the front desk (carefully lifted and wrapped in a clean towel) I requested to see the manager. They asked why, and out of discretion for surrounding guests, I said it was disgusting and that I am sure the manager would like to know personally (then pointed to the wrapped item) Front desk proceeded to call manager and describe situation in which manager felt was not urgent enough to leave her meeting, in which was not sooo important as to miss a random phone call from the front desk. I left my cell number and that we were going to a movie, call after 6. 6:01 message left to me...going home I'll call you tomorrow on your cell and at your room, or call this number. I called, left message...nothing! No return phone call. Nothing!! So, I now post photos of of the grossness to validate my statement. I only wish my cell phone took a more clear picture.
My recommendation stay at Tahiti Village, Grandview, or The Carriage House. Nice people, much cleaner and, well, clean.
