  • Dissatisfied. Zero customer service. From day one a simple request for additional towels couldn't be obliged. Second day we returned to the room late at night to an unattended room, beds unmade, garbage overflowed no toilet paper or fresh towels. We called the receptionist requesting at least towels and toilet paper at this point, we only received two towels sent up. On the third day, we returned to the room unattended yet again. We spoke to the manager at the front lobby and couldn't get an answer as to what happened; she stated that the records indicated that our room was serviced. I offered to show her the room- which proved otherwise. I do not recommend this hotel. Horrible customer service along with an antiquated bedroom/bathroom. The gym had one treadmill which was broken. The pool just so happened to close for maintenance at 6pm instead of at a time when no patrons were present. Overall very unhappy with my experience.
