  • Chatime is usually my go-to place for bbt. I always order the Brown Rice Milk Green Tea and it is always on par. I get it with less sugar and less ice and it's just perfect! However, at this location (like many have noted) the consistency is just not always here. I didn't taste the brown rice flavour. It tasted like watered down milk tea, worse than the ones you make at home with a packet! Their pudding barely taste like anything either. A hint of sweetness and again, verryyy subtle; almost taste like bland jelly. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to having a nice cup of bbt.. My friend ordered the Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly and I had a sip of it and right off the bat, the "roasted" tea flavour was not all there. It was very subtle and not as strong compared to the other location's I've had it at. It takes awhile for them to make your drinks as well even though there were 2 people making the drinks along with 1 taking the orders. I waited for almost 15mins for two drinks. Service was pretty slow at this location. Don't get me wrong, I still love Chatime however, this location just doesn't do it for me.
