rev:text	After a nice dinner last night, I was looking for a good place to eat ice cream nearby, because let's face it... ice cream should always come after dinner. This place popped up and the pictures looked great!! We make our way there and there was plenty of parking but the place was packed. We didn't have a place to sit which didn't bother me at all but just giving you an idea of how busy this place was. The person I came with ordered for us and for whatever reason the person taking her order seemed uninterested in being at work that night.. I get it.. it's late and you probably want to go home.. but don't take it out on us.. Anyway, our order comes to us and it looks awesome, colorful and it was actually delicious.. I wasn't a fan of the cotton candy to ice cream ratio but that's not what the 2 star rating is for.. the 2 stars is for the customer service. I almost gave this place 3 stars but apparently they have problems with either customers who are hardcore faithful to them or employees who are making fake accounts harassing people about the reviews. So because of that unnecessary message sent to us for a 3 star review I dropped a star, especially if it was an employee who is upset at a review. Unacceptable and childish. Whatever stars that was left here is for the taste and presentation of the product. I will most likely not be coming back to this place because of the drama that comes with it. It may or may not have been the staff but I would rather it be known to everyone that this happened with this specific company. Good day.
