  • Poor service. Five staff members and Slow service. Made an order with nobody in front of me, staring at six-six cheese bagels, ordered one, waited 5 mins, then they told me they were out of six cheese. Unacceptable. I sat and watched and they ran out of two other kinds of bagels. Even worse, the messed up a regulars order!!
