  • Excellent customer service. When we arrived, they didn't have the suite we reserved and didn't have a regular room big enough for our family. They made it right by giving us two connecting rooms. The building is nice and in a convenient location for Mesa. The surrounding area is getting a bit room down, but it is easy to jump on the freeway to quickly get wherever you need to go. Only downside is no breakfast is included. When I stay at other Hilton locations, they normally give breakfast to diamond members.
