Bought a guitar set up lessons for my boys and the day before they were scheduled Alfredo the manager said they over booked told me that he would schedule me another day and would call me back yet never did. I called him the following day he said sorry he forgot. So he scheduled me the following week when we showed up we didnt have a class scheduled. I guess her forgot again. He sucks and the manager could only say was sorry...
