I am beyond unhappy with this place!!! What a JOKE!!! First of all i want it noted i spent over 500 in 4 days here and was prepared to spend another 1500. I brought my 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6R in for new tires and a service recall on the valve gasket cover... A federal recall threw the NHSTA. They had my bike for over 7 business days. They had my tires installed right away but had to wait for the recall part. OK no big deal right. I was notified by a service staff member my part arrived Monday morning and bike was already apart so ready for the install. Wednesday came around and i called to get a status on my bike. I was told that other service units that were coming in were putting my bike on hold and that if a customer was t come in and purchase a new unit my bike would be put on hold again so that a PDi could be done on the new Unit and that's just the way it works was exactly what i was told. I'm sure there's a kind of discrimination issue there being that the federal recall is priority and i was first in line for service so putting walk ins ahead of me pissed me off to say the least. I also want to note i bought a whole new fairing bolt kit for the bike and was told they would install it for free and i said ok cool. I picked up my bike Wednesday night after i was told it wouldn't be ready and i called and left an angry voicemail to the service manager expressing my concern only to receive no call back from him and knew when they called and said it was ready for pick up its probably because of that voicemail. So i pick my bike up and pay for the new tires and take off. As soon as i hit 65mph on the highway the right side of my fairings came off flapping in the wind almost tearing off my bike. I was forced to pull over before having a possible accident and had to find the nearest o ryalles auto parts store. I looked and noticed my bolt's were on but a power tool was used and ran the bolts right threw my fairings so they were not holding on.... I can only assume this was a form of retaliation for the angry voicemail i left the service manager earlier that day... I will be writing a BBB report after this review as well as contacting Kawasaki Corporate and i will file a complaint with the NHSTA and possibly get a hold of press... This Was Crap and i will make sure it doesnt happen to anyone els.
