  • shop is amazing, but the asian dude that works there needs a little more training in cs. i know there were a bunch of customers in there, but just saying hello and giving me a drip tip cover and not explaining what to do is not cool at all. thankfully the other guy, can't remember his name was really helpful, sat with me and gave suggestions and helped me the whole time changed my first impression around.
