  • Fred is FABULOUS ! ! ! I recommend you do business with him whenever you can. I have a new RV and had DISH TV "Wally" Receivers installed. I literally spent 7 hours on the phone first with the King-brand RV antenna help line and then with four ... yes, 4 ! ! ! ... different DISH technical service persons. The on-the-telephone King antenna tech quickly found the problem was with my DISH receivers; so, I called DISH -- their tech staff could not solve the problem. The 4th DISH tech person I spoke with ...after 1 1/2 hours with me on the phone ... suggested I contact a satellite installation dealer and deal with them in person. Honestly, by sheer luck I found On Site Satellite online because I was in the northern Phoenix area. Of all the people I have worked with during my life to solve problems ( I am 68 years old, so I've worked with LOTS of people to solve all kinds of problems), Fred Mullins is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL, THE MOST COMPETENT, THE MOST MARVELOUS person I've ever worked with. You will be VERY HAPPY when you work with Fred.
