I feel after Gerber has contacted me about my review that I should update it. Per their comment on my review, they are trying to rectify my concerns. However, so far it's been all talk and no action. Secondly, I feel they should reimburse us, per their promise. Why should we be responsible for paying for repairs that were not completed upon multiple attempts. Lastly, in my original review I claimed this place was disorganized. Their response to my review only reinforces my beliefs. I have no clue how they think this is my daughters car since my review clearly states it is my wife's car. That's okay, this just shows how much they care about their customers. Keep up the excellent service Gerber.
