Printed out the car I wanted online. Drove to AutoNation. Handed the sheet to the salesman. Car was available and I took a test spin. Car was certified and checked out fine. I purchased. I selected the tinting which took a while to finish. That was OK. Car only had one set of keys and clicker. My fault. Should have asked about a second set. Salesman took me to parts to order an additional key. Out of stock. They took my name and number and would call me the next day when it came in. No call. When I picked up the "green sheet" I told the salesman about the missing spoiler for which I was charged $126.00. He didn't know what to do about it. All and all I was out the cost of the missing spoiler and cost of keys and programming.
