  • I feel like a victim of bait and switch. I purchased a 5 oil change package on Veteran's Day on 2016 that Meineke is now trying to claim wasn't ever fully paid for. What's interesting is I went there in April and they NEVER MENTIONED THIS...But, now, magically with NEW OWNERS they have? Why wasn't this on my April invoice? I don't have the original receipt anymore, so I don't have proof, but all they can give me is some note on the account. Again, why wasn't this printed in my April invoice. Smells fishy and I WILL NEVER USE MEINEKE AGAIN. BEWARE!!!
