  • I had bent my glass frames and badly needed my frames adjusted. I stopped into the Vision Source on W. Sahara in the Lakes Business Center. It was a bit difficult to find the way to their front door, but it was well worth the search. Though not a customer they instantly greeted me, straightened my bent frames taking their time to properly adjust them to my satisfaction and refused any payment. I was so impressed by that visit and service my wife and I scheduled an appointment to have our eyes examined there several weeks later. In the over 60 years I've worn glasses over 60 neither of us experienced such a thorough eye examination. Dr.? Lee took his time, explaining in detail each phase of the test, its results, answering all our questions thoroughly?, and making sure we fully understood. The entire atmosphere and attitude of every employee that we had contact with, or observed was one of a friendly, emphatic, with an obvious desire to make every customer happy, comfortable and at ease. Their stock of frames run the gamut? of style, comfort, material that will satisfy the desires and pocketbook of anyone. Because of the spacious design of this central area, unlike most others, you will not be shoulder to shoulder with others as you view and select frames at your leisure. The customer can look at their leisure without pushy staff trying to get you in and out. Their assistance is tailored to meet the desires of your own pace. Having lived and worked throughout the US I enthusiastically?, strongly, and with absolute confidence, recommend Dr. Mark Lee and Vision Source to anyone for their optical needs. You will be satisfied and pleased with your visit and their service.
