  • HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!!! This company has no business ethics, no integrity. I had them come out to do my yearly inspection on my brand new unit (6months old) they said everything looked great. I suddenly had no heat. I had the company that installed the unit(Elite A/C) come out and everything had been disconnected. Elite said this isn't the first time they have seen this from this company. I will never, ever use this company again and I strongly recommend no one else does either. This is what is wrong with the world today, no one has any integrity!!!
