  • They're quick to respond and have open availability. No official service hours, but when I was attempting to schedule, it seems they're typically available M-F 8AM-6PM. It was a little tricky for us to schedule since we wanted evenings, but we quickly found something that worked for everyone. Jeff (owner) came out the same day I called to check out the situation and get measurements. This was also conveniently outside his typical hours (8:30PM). He was able to identify the problem and provide a couple options right away. After we decided what we wanted to do, I called Jeff to confirm the service, price, and our appointment for two days later. Another repairman came for the service (Ryan, I believe?) within a few minutes of our scheduled time and went straight to work. After repairing the door with a new steel strut and replacing the coil, he discovered another issue with our sensors. I was able to speak to Jeff on the phone and he explained what happened and what they could do. A few minutes later, the garage door was completely fixed! I was given a new invoice (we had one with the estimate), paid via check, and that's it. The service took approximately 30-35 minutes (I was told 30 minutes) even with the additional repair. The whole process was quick, painless, and best of all, relatively inexpensive! This was truly an amazing experience. We are beyond ecstatic with the results and just so, so happy to have a fully-functioning garage door again!
