  • In 2014 I signed up with Vivint home security after a smooth talking security sales person gave me the strong impression that the contract was only for two years. I terminated their service after two years but was told I signed a contract for five years! Vivint electronically sent me a copy of the contract but it does not show anywhere that I signed for five years! To date they have not shown me the contract that I supposedly signed. Automatic monthly payments of $53.00 is still being taken out of my account! Be very wary! they are very smooth talkers in their presentations! make sure you read the fine print before signing anything with Vivint! Ave Marie Cruz
