  • I have used HomeTeam Pest Defense since May of 2016 when I moved into my home with no issues or complaints. When my service tech came to do my pest control (spiders, ants, etc.), he found a little birds nest at the top of my column on my porch. He pulled it down with babies still inside the nest and threw it onto my driveway, where I found it when I arrived home an hour later. I found the barely formed babies strewn across the driveway and in my grass. I put the nest back with the babies I could find and momma came and sat for a day and then departed. I haven't cried this much since I was 6!!! I still cannot believe this callous act of cruelty. I will discontinue service and post my review wherever I can. When I spoke to the company, they said it is not common practice to take down nests but clearly there needs to be some serious training. If I could give them a zero star rating, I certainly would.
