  • I feel like customer service here is really desperate. The person helping me didn't seem to listen to my concerns. I was looking for a simple everyday bra but she kept pushing the latest lacy, padded bra on me. She fitted me, gave me a handful of bras to try on, and then never followed up with how I was doing. I ended up just leaving. She probably didn't notice. After visiting other lingerie stores I've decided I'm done with VS. They should re-think their tactics & try listening to customers. Also, the black & pink decor is tired, harsh & tacky.
