  • I guess I can't do 0! The modem they installed doesn't work for a full day. The tech was supposed to come back out yesterday. No show. Called and after the 3rd person came on, he said the tech said my address wasn't in google maps. they tried to keep blaming it on this. I stated that they were here to install the modem just a few days ago. How come they can't find it today. I call BS. Because they also didn't bother to arrive, it will now be another 5 days after they do come back to import my number. Again BS. I will now give them 1 star as they have just refunded a little money for this fiasco.
