  • We waited 2 hours and never saw a doctor. The front desk lady charged the copayment twice. When we asked for a refund they said they can't process it and that we had to call their billing department. They wouldn't provide us proof that we weren't seen to follow through with the refund. Worst service I've ever experienced, I'll never come back.
