  • I have been to this location 4 times in total now, and usually have a good experience here, but had such a bad experience last time, it kind of overshadows the 3 good experiences. I was told once the tech had what she needed during my 20 week ultrasound, my husband would be brought in too. I wrote down on the form in the waiting room that my husband was with me, but she went through all of it and the next thing I know it's over and she never brought him in! He had to miss work for it too, and at a time that it REALLY wasn't convenient for him to do so - and for nothing yet! Then I asked her if I could get the 3D ultrasound like the one I had gotten the last pregnancy, and her response was "YOU should have told me that at the BEGINNING!!" They have signs everywhere that say they don't want you talking until the tech is done getting what she needs from the ultrasound! And I didn't have to say anything the last pregnancy! So now she wasn't even able to find a good angle for it to work, and I got nothing but one vague black and white pic. The whole reason I made the appointment here in the first place was to get that 3D ultrasound, because not all the ultrasound places have it! It was an extremely disappointing day for all of us, as my son had also been looking forward to seeing "the picture of the baby on the tv", since that's what I had been promising him (and had no reason to believe otherwise!) but he and my husband were never even allowed to come in and see. That tech should not do anything that involves dealing with people, she was horrible!
