  • I have been here twice in the last month - my first visit was awesome. Terri took exceptional care of me during a basic pedicure. I returned this week and was disappointed in the very poor service provided by a technician who never bothered to tell me her name. I ordered the deluxe service this time, at a cost of $35 and received a 25 minute pedicure.....with nails left ragged and polish not applied correctly. Worst pedicure of my life and I have had a lot of them. I wrote a private message to the shop owner but after 48 hours have had no reply so I'll post my thoughts here to share with others. The shop itself is generally nice, with good equipment. But they have to do a better job of screening their technicians. She not only did a lousy job, but she hurt me during the service and there is no reason a person should accept pain as part of their pedicure. Funny note: the $35 service includes a hot towel leg wrap. My towel was dropped over my legs, never wrapped. Just taken out of the heater and plopped on my legs. Terrible service. She should be ashamed of herself.
