  • This review is for the overall service that this spa offers. First off, the treatment itself was great. I got the Moroccan ritual which was a hot stone massage, exfoliation, and a hair mask treatment. As you all know, getting exfoliated requires clean up. You are covered in the exfoliating goo. After the treatment, I fully expected to be able to wash myself off in the shower INSIDE the room I received my treatment. Makes total sense right? Don't want to put my sticky messy self in the robe. However, i was told that I could not take even a quick shower because there was another person booked after me. So I was forced to put on my robe and have it stick to me with the exfoliants falling off me as I walked down the hall into the women's spa and down the hall into the shower area. I was left with a dirty robe that I couldn't put back on after the shower and just left without trying out any of the other spa amenities. Actually, i didn't just leave, i was forced to leave due to the situation. If I am spending 200+ on a service, I don't expect to feel sticky and icky at the end of the service because you cant schedule appointments where I cant even take a 3 min shower to wash off the exfoliants.
