  • I have never dealt with a utility company like this. These people did not read my meter one month and then sent me a bill for two months at the same time which was very expensive. Then it seems like all of sudden my power bill is 400 plus every month when it was under 200 a month. The customer service is terrible, and every time I call I feel like they just give me the run around.
