The fajitas here are extremely good! The Cadillac beef is their signature cut and is fantastic. The shrimp are also plentiful and delicious. But the standout are the tortilla shells - homemade, substantial and addictive! Nearing the thickness of a pita, that might actually be the only knock on the place. That the tortillas are SO thick that in order to properly enjoy the contents, you really have to load up the fajitas. About half the thickness would be perfect, but it's not stopping us from coming back. In fact, the tortillas are so good (thickness and all) that we returned within a couple of days.
The service is among the best we've had in our almost 50 restaurant visits in the Phoenix area so far. Our server was more helpful in our ordering than I ever thought I needed him to be. And he was right on every count.
