  • If I could give this place zero stars, I would, but they can have one star for the front desk people being quite nice and the prescription desk being exceptionally nice. Unfortunately, thats not why we make dermatologist appointments and I would happily give those up for a competent dermatologist. After waiting for AN HOUR in the waiting room and another half hour in the room (despite being there 15 minutes early!!) my dermatologist spent a grand total of 5 minutes with me in which he tried to cram in 3 issues - it all felt incredibly rushed, unprofessional and not at all personal to my concerns. Of my 3 issues, I went in with my main concern being acne and repeatedly expressed my concern about having particularly dry skin and not wanting the treatment to be excessively drying. My dermatologist, however, seemingly completely ignored my request as the prescription I was given was VERY drying to the point of my chest literally peeling like a sunburn - not red, not a reaction just extremely dry LIKE I EXPLAINED TO HIM. I hate giving negative reviews but I felt like this need to be said considering that this literally pertains to my skin/body/health/etc. I will NEVER be back to and NEVER recommend this place.
