  • This place has the worst eyelash extension experience that I have ever had. Most of eyelashes fell within a week. I purchased the two-week refill with full set (55) eyelash extensions for $41 on Groupon. For the first appointment, she charged me additional 7.15 tax without receipt and I have no idea how this number comes. She never told me to make the second appointment one week in advance. I asked her how to make reservation for the second appointment and she just told me to call her when I want to make the appointment. When I called her on the second week, she said there was no space available until the week after next week and rejected my refill appointment. She had my name and refill appointment on her note but obviously she is poor at time management. She was not helping me to find the solution, instead, she directly said she was not going to do this for me unless I paid the same amount of money for the second service to her again!!! That's also ridiculous that she is unwilling to give me refund for the second service when I do not get the service. What I asked for is only $15 and that's how much she told me for the refill. She thinks that's too much? She was very rude and hung up my phone. Groupon returned me $15 at the end. Never ever go to this place again.
