  • Bought a coupon for a spa day for two - one hour massage, facial and mani - pedis. The massage was horrible and finished in under an hour - the masseuse seemed to be taking breaks during the process and after I specifically asked her to concentrate on my shoulders and neck she barely applied any pressure or spent any time On those areas. Mani pedi was good but this is definitely NOT a spa. Massage room was not quiet or warm - you could hear staff talking loudly outside room, phones ringing and there were water stains on the ceiling. Facial was so-so and performed by the inattentive masseuse so my expectations were lower. Bathrooms featured dollar store soap in the original dispenser. I understand the need to control costs but really - if you want to pretend to be a spa at least dump the cheap soap into a classy dispenser. The styrofoam cups for coffee/tea matched the overall ambience. Although we used a coupon for the services I still felt we paid way more than the quality of services received was worth.
