  • Wasn't this place going out of business? ...for like a year? Anyway, it looks like things are working out and they've resumed services. A week out from our wedding and having mixed feelings about Blue Nile, we thought we would pop into a store and see if they have rings in our styles. As soon as the sales representative realized we weren't going to purchase (as each ring takes 2-3 weeks to arrive from Canada) she bid her farewell and left us to "look around." This time of behavior is obnoxious, classless, and makes the customer feel unwanted.
