As a member of the loyalty club, I received a complementary Malibu Chicken for my anniversary. Because I'm a heart patient I choose to eat at home so I called ahead of time and asked if I could get it to go, while informing the person on the phone, it states dine in. She said no problem we will make it to go. When I arrived no one new who I talked to and stated they were not making it to go so I requested to speak to manager and before I could explain to him what was going on he stated..."the rules are the rules and it says it on the coupons in a rather rude way. Thought food was great and server was a sweetheart...will not be going back to this location. It is very obvious I have a medical condition but was talked to in demeaning fashion...,.
