  • My disaster started March 2nd when I pre-paid for a Lowes contractor to measure for shutters. After 2.5 mths of at least 20 calls to managers, home office & contractors - I still have no shutters & nothing but hours of lost time & frustration. The last straw was when the management told their trainee Rodney ( the only one who called me back w/o me having to track them down) that they'd check on my last problem - & call me right back - that was Thursday- it's Sat - crickets! Rodney - get a job someplace else - you are too good to work there! Everyone else don't buy anything from Lowes you can't walk out of the store with!
