  • HORRIBLE SERVICE! Walked in ready to spend $100-$150 on some new glassware because mine broke & looking inside previously they have a lot of options. Tonight I walk in with my husband & the cashier is in the back on his laptop. We're browsing around, pointing at things we like & after 5 minutes of looking around we still did not receive a "Welcome!" or "Can I help you with anything?". We get literally 5 feet in front of him & I look over & he gives us a dirty look. Still no greeting, no smile...just a dirty look, as if we're going to steal or something. Although I was ready to spend money because I like the variety they have, there's nothing I hate more than overtly bad customer service. I will NEVER be back & now I'm going down the street to the vape shop off Sahara & Buffalo because although I'm not as big a fan of their product line, their customer service was wonderful.
