  • I can not believe I never wrote a review for this place!! I'll make it short and sweet to the point.. Don't send anyone you love at all here. My gramps was there for a extended amount of time. Bottom floor the better staff work it and it's a show floor. As soon as a case is determined longer term care they bump them upstairs. Don't use these guys with and or as a hospice. Grand fathers eye balls were not lubricated and allowed to dry out hours before his death. After talking to them and really resisting the urge to beat someone, come to find out the last 48 hours of his life he was basically left there to die without any medications, no oral lubrication, and same with his eyes. 100%. Neglected. And your goddamned right I filed a complaint with the state of Nevada! And guess what upon finishing the investigation every single claim I made was validated by the investigation. I have the entire report!! This place needs to be shut down patients moved. And a start from scratch approach with more focus on patient care instead of bottom line profit margins!.. AVOID THIS NEGLECTING PIT HOLE!!.. Even recent public record reports at a federal government level show this practice continues!!!!
