  • Our inspector, Larry referred us to Mr. Rooter; Donny specifically, to perform a pipe scope on the new home that we're in the process of purchasing. I can see why! Donny came to the house on Saturday to do the pipe scope {last part of the inspection, yay!}. He was extremely friendly and jumped out of his truck with a big smile on his face. I had a great feeling about him immediately! The most important thing that he said before we got started was that he is 100% honest and will make sure that there are NO surprises when purchasing this home. He also stated how much he trusted and respected Larry {our inspector} which as a first time home buyer, is SO nice to hear! The scope took about 20 minutes total and we got the a-ok from him! WHOO! There is still slight backup in the bathrooms but we're thinking it is construction debris or hair, nothing that a snake won't fix! I'm so glad that we had him out, just to confirm that there wasn't anything major going on with our plumbing. Being an old {updated} Arcadia home, you never know! I will absolutely call Donny for any of our future plumbing needs that we have! Not only does he know his stuff, he is fun to have around!
