  • This place started out great. I really liked my PT and the instructions were clear, the staff hands on. It's old and could use some new/current machines but overall I liked my sessions. My BIGGEST ISSUE was with Billing. It clearly states to ask if you owe any money, everytime I left, I did , I asked and was told NO you do not owe anything (2016 I had all out of pocket expenses paid) I thought maybe due to the 2016/2017 year coming in to play with current diagnosis I thought maybe no co-pays were needed. Imagine my surprise when I get a Bill for $180!!! I contacted them a week ago finally got a call today (from main offices) after the 3rd attempt. Yeah they don't care, used the ole it's your responsibility our people didn't do anything wrong etc etc. I'm very disappointed. The staff can be as nice and great as you like but one bad experience ruins it all. I would NEVER recommend this place now.
