  • I will just list the facts 1. We ordered family dinner with 2 entrees. I told them I could not afford any higher 2. Employee taking order asked me what I wanted for a third entree, I asked to be sure it came with 3 instead of 2 3. My family never even ate the 3rd entree. Yet, when it was time to pay the bill, he billed us for an extra entree. He HEARD me promise the kids ice cream after dinner. 4. When I said I don't think I have enough money he said "I told you 3rd entre is extra" then said nothing else while standing over me with his arms crossed. He made the whole family feel uncomfortable. No other customers or men were there. It was two guys versus just me and my kids. 5. The bill also included a gratuity which they DID NOT TELL US ABOUT BEFORE. I had to tell my kids we could not get ice cream, there were no apologies given. 6. My family will never go there again.
