4 stars for the physical space itself, the machines, the front desk and the group classes. They DO HAVE TVs on their cardio machines now. The locker room has a few broken lockers, but eh no biggie.
For the most part, the other members are pretty responsible with cleaning equipment after use and putting things away.
Their group classes tend to fill up quickly especially with their more popular trainers and the front desk is pretty good with following up on standbys. However, their trainers are not all of very high
The sales staff I dealt with were pretty ok: 1: Good 1: Outright rude. I didn't get an orientation tour of the gym, which I thought was very remiss on part of the staff. The trainer I was assigned was a nice guy, but didn't follow up on a few things, again remiss.
This place could be much better if they selected their sales staff and trainers with more care. They should definitely tone up their customer service! Perhaps add an extra circuit to the staff selection process?
