  • I gave this place 2 more attempts after all the times within the last year I was appalled as to how low quality the entire company has fallen to and same dam thing which is a shame. I have dirt marks left over many parts of my silver cae, smudges on Windows, inside vacuumed half asses, inside of doors not even wipes down nor my cup holder even. The amount of years I came here and recommended endless people for amazing customer service and flawless work is what makes me sad that mgmt new or old no longer gives a dam nor do all the new employees who either don't speak English or give a shit to do their job and expect to still be tipped for goofing off. I sure as he'll am not paying $20+ to have my car wet down and hosed off by a drive thru and look like crap after God knows how many workers pretend to dry and wipe it down. Believe all the bad reviews as theu arent flukes and save yourself the huge stress/disappointment because this business doesn't care or ever change. Mind boggling they are still open when anyone who is not blind can do a better job themselves at home or at a $5 car wash.
