  • I can't believe how disappointed I am. I first got these sheets a few years ago while on vacation in Vegas, and loved them! I ordered my 5th and 6th sets 3 months ago online. The workmanship is in the toilet! The pillowcases are horrible! No embroidered stripe on the pillowcase. Just a minimal hem, not the regular wide pillowcase hem. And the stitching is bunched up with threads hanging all over. They now include 4 pillowcases instead of 2, but the low quality overshadows. How can you skimp on pillowcases when you claim to be luxury sheets? The pillowcase is the most visible part! I've called, was told I'd get a call back, still waiting 2 months later. Sent 4 emails, got one answered, claiming that they've improved because there's new colors and 4 pillowcases. Maybe I got a bad batch-please send them pictures with what exactly was wrong. Replied as requested, with pictures - No response. This is my first review because I used to love these, but complete turnaround. And I have tried to remedy this directly and gave it 3 months, but no progress. Please purchase at your own risk.
