  • I am giving Noda Brewing 5 Stars, not because they are the best beer in the USA or because they are even the best in Charlotte but because they have a huge selection of beers, a very friendly staff (now that they moved) and always have food on site. I came here for the sticky when wet fresh hop IPA release. It is a one of my favorites that they make, piney resinous hops with a nice bite and very little malt backbone letting the hop shine through. That is the way I like it! The huge selection is nice because Taryn likes to try a bunch of different beers usually and they had a nice selection for her to build a flight. Way to go Noda brewing, you are making beer that Charloteans can get excited about.
