  • It's great they have a B1G1 mochi promotion this week. While the mochis are not as colourful as Saki, I love therr are fruits inside. This location normally has mochis on the weekend only but because there was this B1G1 promotion happening this week, all mochis were available on a Monday Because it was having a B1G1, I ended up choosing all the flavours available. When I got home and took them all out of the box to taste, I was taken aback as to how some of the mochis were still frozen?!!??! I thought mochis are supposed to be freshly made? Mochis frozen slowly melting makes it a soggy mochi. I did check my fridge temp setting to make sure it wasn't too cold and it was set as Normal temp. Funny that only some of the mochis were frozen while others are not ? I guess banana and kiwi mochis are not as a big seller like strawberries and mangoes. Maybe Hcafe needs to take these out of the flavour lineup?I suggest to stick with the most popular flavours. Service was fast and prompt. Limited parking.
