  • Took my Smoochie in to get surprise pics for his parents. I had bought a Groupon, and called to make the appointment. The person on the other end was SO patient. I called three times in very fast succession. I kept thinking of one more question, and she never lost patience. So we got there to get the pics and it was the same person. She was just as patient in person. So asked several questions, and was completely open to our suggestions. The pics are AMAZING. One of him pouting is a classic. These seriously look like professional head shots. We selected the package. I was stunned that she did not try to upsell at all! We of course upselled ourselves and she got the framed ones to take home with us. The coffee cups arrived in the mail in perfect condition. It was truly an awesome experience.
