| - This place is a disaster. I'll start by saying I have had good experiences with them in the past, however, it seems as if the employees I am used to seeing are now gone and a new group is in control of the store. I dropped my clothing off (one blouse, two light sweaters, and linen pants) to be cleaned- a lady by the name of Debbie assisted me. I went back on Monday to get my items and there was a note on the hanger saying they had to "redo" one of my sweaters. I was a little bothered inside, but hey, things happen. Debbie told me to come back on Tuesday to get my item. On a side note: when I was there another gentleman was waiting patiently for them to find clothing they lost. After 20 minutes they finally found his stuff.
Tuesday evening rolls around, I show up after work, give Debbie my ticket and she looks around frantically for my sweater. She finally finds it and guess what. There is a long slice down the back of it with black oil stains at the bottom. I lost my cool a little, I admit it and asked what happen. Debbie says, "Oh I thought you bought it like that, some of the new styles have holes in them." At this point I think I am being punked. So I am staring at her and she is staring at my garment. I asked what the solution is and she said their seamstress will fix it and she will call me at noon the next day. It is now Saturday evening and not only am I still waiting on that call, I am waiting for the manager to call me back regarding the numerous messages I left.
Things happen in life and I'm not really upset about a sweater because it can be replaced. However, their total disregard for my clothing and lack of basic customer service skills is appalling. I got not apology, no return call, no store credit, and biggest of all no sympathy. Debbie is one of the worst people I've run into I'm a customer service position.
