  • Troy just left my house after fixing my water heater and dishwasher. Every other handyman/plumber tried to rip me off my talking me in to replacing with expensive unit and one guy even had the nervs attempt add a surcharge for city permit???, which doesn't even make sense. Troy came on time, and was super friendly and expertly isolated the problem to a broken wire on top of the water tank. Troy just tighten a screw on my dishwasher and confirmed that the unit was working properly. I actually met an honest handyman & technician who knows what he is doing. I spent over 10 yrs as property manager and many handyman type guys caused more problem for me than fixing problem. Troy charged me a very reasonable fee. He was easy to work with and took time to provide good advice on my pool as well. I am referring Troy to everyone I know and will use only Troy for future work. Thanks Troy you truly made my day. If you are reading this Troy, I want you to know I really appreciate your work and how you made this experience very pleasant. Thank you, thank you Troy.!!!!
