  • I hate to be negative Nancy, and I really wanted to like this place. The owner reached out to me to come back and I believe in 2nd chances, so I gave it another shot. I'm keeping my review at 2 stars simply because there is nothing that draws me back. The staff wasn't particularly cheery or welcoming. I felt rushed to order with the long line behind me and the staff member seemed distracted, or maybe she was just in the zone of getting through the line. Either way, there was nothing about the service that changed my mind. I ordered the chocoholic and 2 chocolate chip cookies. It was OK, but didn't WOW me. It was overwhelmingly sweet, I couldn't finish it. The flavor wasn't particularly inventive (I could have got this combo pretty much anywhere). Maybe I'm just confused by this place? The owner mentioned a handful of proprietary flavors, but nothing stuck out as DIFFERENT. I'll go back again in several months to see if anything has changed. But for now, it's just a 2 star experience for me.
