  • Today I was so ready to buy my first Chanel BUT after the way the Chanel representative was super snobby and not very helpful I decided to go home and sleep on it. I work retail and I understand the whole "handmade" and quality thing but she was treating me like I was wasting her time. A Chanel is not a couple hundred dollars... So I want to spend my money where I get treated well. Chanel you have to step up you're game with customer service. I will try Wynn and give Chanel another chance.
