| - Like many people in the Phoenix area, we have all become enthralled at the growing enthusiasm we have for drive thru service, especially to coffee, tea, and other quick drinks quenching our thirst for liquid treats and desserts. Unfortunately tonight, 4/21/2018 at 9 PM, my wife and I utilized this convenience, just like we do pretty much every evening, at this Dutch Brothers location and was extremely disappointed at the service we received. There was a young man who was obviously there to take our order, but he spent nearly 15 minutes flirting with the occupants in the vehicle 2 cars ahead of us. Ten minutes to take an order for what I later witnessed to be four drinks. And then proceeded to stay there and continue flirting with these people for five more minutes. In the mean time there were several cars who had pulled in behind us. He then went to the vehicle in front of us and took an order for two drinks totaling another five minutes. We are now 15 minutes waiting in line to get our order in. The cars preceding us have now moved past the window, where we normally received our orders, and move out of sight. Mind you they have yet to receive their order. I am angry at the lack of respect given to us the paying public. Too many kids who lack the respect of good business. I spoke to the "manager" who was probably no older than 18 who was clueless to what was happening around her (most likely enjoying the free drinks, loud music, total disregard for paying customers her and her staff were privy too). In the opposite lane there have been five vehicle who have received there orders and have already moved on. I am still waiting to place my order and I was third in line. This is not only uncalled for but heinous to what is called customer service in a drive thru where we happily pay an average of $5+ per drink. My wife and I determined we spend $11 a night (every night) totaling $330 a month ordering and paying for over priced drinks and getting nothing in return in the form of customer service. This happens all to frequently. I don't know about you Phoenix but this is ridiculous. I am willing to pay as long as in return customer service and a timely return on my money is provided. Poor customer service. Extremely poor. This location will probably not be hurt from my refusal to return. Adult supervision is definitely needed here.
